MEET THE Ladies AUXILIARY

The Ladies Auxiliary is one of the hottest Blues Bands in the Southeast. Performing the perfect mixture of Blues, R & B, and funk, they always leave the crowd wanting more.

The Ladies Auxiliary started as a Wednesday night jam group and began public performances in December of 1992. They play at venues ranging from nightclubs to parties as well as festivals.

They have shared billing on a regular basis with regional favorite Big Bump. Other artists they have done shows with include Saffire, Tinsley Ellis, Steady Rollin Bob Margolin, Skeeter Brandon, and Lonnie Brooks to name a few.

Shiela Klinefelter (Guitar and Vocals) originally from Detroit Michigan, a long time blues fan, has been influenced by her husband local Blues man Big Bump, Steady Rollin' Bob Margolin, Jimmy Vaughan, Albert Collins, and B.B. King to name a few favorites, and has developed her own blues sound.

Julie Bean (Guitar and Vocals) has a funky guitar style and hot vocals that rival the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Susan Tedeshi, Etta James, and Janis Joplin all rolled into one.

Steve Heyden (Bass and Vocals) is one of the areas finest Bass players. As a longtime member of the Roy Roberts Band he has traveled allover Europe and is a world class player. His soulful vocals bring to mind Marvin Gaye and Al Green.

Chuck Cotton (Drums and Vocals) toured and recorded for years with Steady Rollin' Bob Margolin and a wide variety of well known international Blues Bands. He is truly the drummer that everyone would like to have in their band. Whether he's playing swing or funk, his skill and energy brings the music to a whole new level.

THIS IS ONE BAND YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS!
